  Was in a hurry and stopped here with hopes of a quick turn through the drive-thru. Woman in front of me took 6 full minutes to pull forward. Initially I was annoyed with her for assumedly placing a massive order. Once I reached the speaker I realized it wasn't her fault. I sat there for 2 minutes before a very indifferent voice tells me "I'll be with you in a few minutes". A "few minutes" ... at the drive-thru ... with only one car ahead of me?!? When she finally came back 3 minutes later I considered asking if she had to make some donuts from scratch or something. I took the high road and ordered my coffee. Takes another few minutes for her to pour a single drink. Shortly after pulling away I take a sip - it's bitter/burnt and over-filled with ice (watered down taste soon to follow). 10+ minutes to get through the drive-thru, and the coffee sucked to boot. Avoid this Dunks if at all possible.

  This place gets a bad rap! The Employees all work hard and this is absolutely the fastest morning Dunks I have ever seen. The only reason I'm leaving this review is I needed the number for a large order and saw the way people dump on the reviews here. This place used to be a dump but has come along way since the manager that is here now came about. I have personally seen the improvement at this location and they always get good feedback except for the people who leave these reviews on line. Makes me wonder if anyone tried talking to the staff or actually finding out what the situation was instead of being a jerk and blasting them online for it. Have any of you even talked to the manager and let him try to resolve a situation you might of had there. I'm there everyday they work hard and they get it right. I don't understand why they get this kind of hate from people they certainly deserve better customers!

  Service ok but place is filthy. Trash overflowing at front door, trash on the floor in the store and you could see the floor behind the counter was a mess.
